si quelqu'un a une retranscription écrite de l'interview.. ça à l'air vraiment intéressant ! mike donne un peu la tournure de certains morceaux..
Mike McCready is one of the founding members of Pearl Jam. He's also played with Temple of the Dog, Mad Season and more. Mike has been making The Compound Studio his Southern California home for the past year or so. He and Robbie Allen are longtime friends so it was only natural that Robbie get on over and in on the session. This song is one of our many "jams" which Robbie and I took and built into a song, Robbie sang the melody, wrote some lyrics with Gerry Gomez and then we brought Lexi in to do her scream thing. ROCK.

Mark Lanegan To Contribute Vocals to Upcoming Mad Season Album
After recent word that a new album of previously unreleased Mad Season material is in the works, the band’s drummer Barrett Martin has revealed that singer Mark Lanegan (Screaming Trees, Queens of the Stone Age) will be contributing vocals to the effort. The band’s original vocalist, Layne Staley (Alice in Chains), died in 2002.
Mad Season was a supergroup formed in 1994 by Staley, guitarist Mike McCready (Pearl Jam), bassist John Baker Saunders (The Walkabouts) and Martin (Screaming Trees). Originally billed as The Gacy Bunch (combining serial killer John Wayne Gacy and the sitcom the Brady Bunch), the band changed their name to Mad Season.
Lanegan guested on Mad Season’s lone studio album, 1995‘s ‘Alive.’ He joined the band in 1997 after Staley quit, and they changed their name to Disinformation. The band split after the 1999 death of Saunders. McCready says Mad Season hopes to re-release ‘Alive’ sometime this year, and have plans for a concert album in addition to the album of unreleased songs.
Martin, who recently reunited on stage with McCready for the first time in 17 years, did not give any details as to how many songs Lanegan would sing on, or when the new album might be released. He did say the songs Lanegan will be providing vocals for were originally written for Stale
