Peace in Albany.._ Apr 17, 2003 at 2:27 AM

On April 29th, Pearl Jam will be playing in front of a sold out crowd at Albany, New York's Pepsi Arena. At this show, we would like to both thank the band for voicing their opposition to war, as well as promote peace as a group of fans and activists, through attempting the first sign campaign since 1998.

At the Albany show, you may be approached and handed a paper sign with a peace symbol on it and instructions for holding it up prior to the first encore. This has the potential to really show that we support the band for exercising their rights to free speech, as well as a great visual for those that do not support endless wars.

Let’s make April 29th in Albany a special night for the fans, for the band, and for the media!

Thanks,

Joshua Lieberson
Pearl Jam Fan and Activist
