Pearl Jam's Mike McCready plays with his side band Flight to Mars (U.F.O. tribute band) at 9 p.m. Saturday at the Showbox ($20). The Supersuckers are also on the bill for this fundraiser for the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America.

fucking amazing show, out did the last two. Mike and Tim were on fire at an even higher level than the last few years, if that's possible. I'm old, it's official, or wait, maybe Mike and company just rocked my world, lol...I have tenitus, ringing in my ear, though I think I may have got it last year to, yep I'm old, I don't remember whether my ears rung last year after the CCFA show.

Anyway, met a few more boardies, though I only remember PJCougar, a lurker, name at the moment. They raffled two pairs of two Pearl Jam concert tickets for a future PJ concert in the Northwest U S. I missed them by one number.

Mike pretty much took care of everyone in front of him, including signing my VFC baseball cap, a got a girl named Rosie's hand signed by Mike, lol..and he pretty much signed something of all of ours. We all ended up with pics also. I know Sennin and Jamaniac got lots of pics.

Mike came out and played "I Wanna Be Your Dog" by Iggy and the Stooges, and the SuperSuckers rocked as they usually do.

Just a great night of music, I'd say the first 3 rows of people around Mike all got to play his guitar again.

As much as Mike McCready rocks, he is also equally a giving person. His energy was supergrade energizer bunnyish.

Ce qui fait plaisir dans toutes ces belles photos, c'est qu'il a l'air bigrement affuté, je trouve :P
